However, we understand that certain exceptional situations may arise. Once a request is received, our team will review the case thoroughly. If the issue is verified and approved, a refund may be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement file or access to the correct product at no additional cost.
